Our erotic nature can be a powerful doorway into understanding ourselves & can reveal our needs, our boundaries, our vulnerabilities, our shadows, our relationship patterns and parts of ourselves we may have learned to hide.
Deborah Wolf is a Somatic Kink Therapist with over 15 years’ experience working across therapeutic, existential and embodied landscapes. Her work brings together somatic therapy, erøtic parts work, kink, shadow exploration and embodied practice to help people understand themselves more deeply and create meaningful change in the way they relate to themselves, their desires and others.

What is Somatic Kink Therapy?
Somatic Kink Therapy is a body-based therapeutic approach that explores the places where kink, desire, identity, emotions and the nervous system intersect. Rather than only talking about what you're experiencing, we become curious about what is happening in the body- the sensations, impulses, emotions, protective responses and patterns that can emerge around desire, intimacy and power.
Kink can offer a particularly rich landscape for this work. Dominance, submission, control, surrender, fantasy, boundaries and desire can sometimes illuminate parts of ourselves that are difficult to access through conversation alone.
Through therapeutic conversation, somatic awareness, erøtic parts work and kink-informed exploration, we can gently explore what these experiences may be revealing about you- while keeping choice, consent and your own boundaries at the centre of the work.
Who is Somatic Kink Therapy for?
You may be completely new to kink and curious about what you're drawn to. You may be exploring your dominant or submissive identity, or beginning to understand desires, fantasies or dynamics that feel important to you.
You may already be in an established D/S or power-exchange relationship and want support navigating communication, boundaries, consent, vulnerability or the complexities that can arise within these dynamics.
You may be questioning why particular desires or fantasies keep appearing, or noticing that kink brings up emotions, fears, shame, vulnerability or relationship patterns that you would like to understand more deeply.
Or you may simply want a space to explore the deeper emotional, psychological, embodied and erøtic parts of yourself that kink has brought to the surface.
You don't need to identify as kinky, know exactly what you want, or arrive with a particular goal. Curiosity is enough.
A Space Grounded in Choice & Consent
Throughout this work, your boundaries are respected and your autonomy remains central. There is no judgement and no expectation to explore anything you don't want to explore.
You remain in control of your participation at all times, and anything explored within a session is discussed, negotiated and consented to beforehand.
All sessions are fully clothed, professional and strictly non-sexual.
In a session, we may explore:
We may explore kink, desire and erøtic identity; dominance, submission, control and surrender; boundaries and consent; shadow and shame; erøtic parts; D/S and power-exchange dynamics; attachment and relationship patterns; communication and changing desires; nervous-system responses; Dom and Sub drop; aftercare and integration; and reconnecting with your body, desire and pleasure.
Every person’s erøtic landscape is different,
so sessions are shaped around what is happening for you.
Somatic Kink Therapy offers a space to become curious about these parts of yourself - not to judge or change them, but to understand what they may be expressing, protecting or asking for.
All sessions are fully clothed, professional and strictly non-sexual.
